Our last weekend of parties is the 18th & 19th December 2010.

Our booking office and store will be open until Wednesday 22nd December and will re open Monday 10th January.

Our first weekend of parties for 2011 will be the 15th & 16th January.

Polkadot Entertainments central booking office is located from our McKinnon party venue and retail store. Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
* As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
