Polka Dot Entertainment Disco Pamper Party venues really are kids party venues like you have NEVER seen before. Polkadot are the ultimate kids party venues in Melbourne and an awesome way celebrate your next daughter or sons birthday party at. Each party venue has been completely interior designed with purple carpets, pink pamper face paint room, black and white checker board party food room and a real disco room with mirror ball and lighting effects. There is a front waiting room area for parents who dare wish to stay, tea & coffee provided. Give us a call to come and have a tour you need to see it to believe it. Polka Dot Entertainment party venues are open for parties seven days of the week. Only one party is held at any time and we allow a 30 minute break in between each party to allow you to meet and greet your guests and farewell everyone at the end of the party without being rushed. Party family needs to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party starts: this allows the Polka dot team to refresh our gorgeous venue ready for your arrival. DO NOT OPEN THE PARTY ROOM DOUBLE DOORS UNTIL YOUR ENTERTAINER COMES IN it is a surprise! Joint parties are more than welcome.

Reminder to all parents who have a party with us, please ensure you have a list of all the childens name with their parents contact mobile phone numbers on it just incase.

Polka Dot Venue Party Format

We can give too much away on the website!! But I will tell you that the basic format for the parties is outlined below. Depending on the theme of your party we will change the format slightly to create your party.

Polka Dot Entertainment party venue has been designed to create a fabulous party full of surprises. The venues consists of four party area: The front waiting room, black and white checker party food area, totally pink pamper room and the purple Dotti disco room.

The party begins in the “Totally Pink Pamper Room” where each guest will be made over with glitter hair spray, face paint, nail polish (nothing over the top, simple but effective). Boys received tattoos, get their hair spiked up and finished off with some coloured hair spray.

We then groove our way into the “Purple Dotti Disco Room”. This is where the real disco party starts with loads of crazy games and heaps of disco dancing. The music is all the latest stuff including High School Musical parties, Hannah Montana parties and now the latest craze Justin Bieber parties. We tailor the music to suit the age group of the disco party and to suit the party theme.

By this stage we will need a small break so we head to the “Checker Board Party Food Area” for a party food feast and of course the cake.
Once we have gotten or energy back we hit the “Purple Dotti Disco Room” once more for some real serious dancing!!

 I wanted to say a big ‘Thank You’ to the Polka Dot team for organising a fabulous 7th birthday party for Ananya last Sat (19th Nov 2011) at Altona Meadows – Ananya and her friends have said that this was the best birthday party EVER!!! All the girls and boys had such a good time that they are still talking about it at school. It was so easy to organise such a big party at Polka Dot – everything was arranged over the phone and on the day we just rocked up 20 mins before the party and everything was set in place. Initially I was a bit worried if the boys would like a girly disco party but the way Britney and Mel handled the entire party with such high energy levels, even the boys had such a great time. The fashion show at the end was a SUPERHIT for all the kids!!! The lady bird doll cake ordered at Polka Dot was also a highlight of the day. All the parents were so happy and have asked me for the details. The atmosphere was vibrant with funky lights and great feet tapping music – all in all a great party with no stress to organise!!! Keep up the great work and we will see you again next year for Ananya’s birthday party. I have attached some pics to show you how the kids enjoyed…

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for a fabulous party for my daughter Ellen on Sunday, February 27, 2011.Whilst at first I thought Ellen would be a little too young for a Polka Dot party, your program, venue and not to forget fabulous hosts made Ellen’s party a day to remember!Georgie and Julia were absolutely wonderful, from ensuring our cupcakes were presented on a stand to offering food to children and their parents. I can happily say it was the first party where I didn't have to lift a finger!The girls entertained the children from the get go, right up to the end of the party where they happily arranged good bags and set up a group photo for memory’s savageries and Julia ensured it was a true wiggly party (we requested a Wiggles theme) with all my daughter’s favourite songs and actions to boot!We had rave reviews and friends have already spread the word, providing Polka Dot pamphlets to their friends. Thank you so much for everything. How are we going to top Ellen’s party next year??Congratulations on a great concept, a wonderful venue and fabulous staff.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
* As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
