Polka Dots Rock 'n Tots baby music classes will commence Term 1 on Tuesday 7th February for an 8 week term with the last week being the week of Monday 26th March. Classes will be conducted at Polka Dot party venues located in Ashwood & McKinnon. Rock 'n Tots is the latest addition to the Polka Dot Entertainment family, aimed at under five year old tots, who in the past have missed out on Polka Dot parties and activities because they have been too young.

Polka Dots Rock 'n Tots baby music classes are a music and movement based weekly activity program. Classes are conducted for 35 minutes which allows for a few minutes of a quick chit chat for the mums and the tots before the actual class commences which is a set 30 minute structured class.

  • The set structure creates an environment which will make the children feel comfortable in and will give them a sense of familiarity.

  • The class begins with the Polka Dot Rock 'n Tots activity theme song Polka dot Theme Song 1. Which the children will all learn to introduce basic music concepts including pitch and rhythm.

  • Followed by action songs to enhance fine and gross motor skills which are based around our weekly theme.

  • Then many fun, familiar nursery rhythms with dance and movement to increase spatial awareness.

  •  There are loads of instruments and activities for the tots and mums to have a play with and a lot of interaction with the teacher and other tots in the class.

  • The class finishes with a structured closing with the Polka Dots Rock 'n Tots home time theme song.

All classes are mixed ages 18months to 4 years old and accompanied by a parent or carer.

The cost 8 week program is $132.00 (incl GST) or $18.00 per weekly session if you come mid term.

Payment can be made by cash, visa, master card, eftpos or cheque made payable to Polka Dot Entertainment

Term One: Commences on Tuesday 7th February to Friday 30th March.

The class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8 tots accompanied by one parent or carer at all times, therefore casual attendees are not guaranteed a place if they arrive on the day. Class sizes are very important to ensure every tot has a Rock 'n time. Please call the office at least the day before you come to avoid any disappointment to your Rock 'n Tot. 95785096 

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided by Polka Dot and you are more than welcome to arrive a few minutes early to make yourself a drink before class. Venues will open at 9.15am.

Your Teacher

Polka Dots Rock 'n Tots teachers are an extremely talented pair of young ladies and Polka Dot is extremely lucky to have such amazing talent taking Rock 'n Tots baby music classes to the next level for Melbourne families.

Rock 'n Tots teacher is an accomplished singer/ songwriter/ performer who has composed all of the Rock 'n Tots music and you hear her gorgeous voice in our theme song. She has an honours Degree in Music and has been an entertainer with the team at Polka Dot Entertainment for over 12 months.

There is plenty of parking right near the front doors of our venues.
