We have very cute little noodle box take home gifts for you to add to you Polkadot party. They are $2.50 each, girls are either hot pink or purple and contain lollies, a hair bobble or scrunchie and a small glitter squishy ring. Boys noodle boxes are bright green or blue and contain bouncy balls, lollies and sometimes even a tattoo! They are very good value and please the toughest critics at the end of a party. Let us know when you book your party if you would like us to arrange the take home gifts for you, exact numbers of girls and boys will need to be confirmed early in the week before your party.

Cakes

Polka Dot cakes are simply delicious and once again taking another “to do” item off your birthday party preparation. Our cakes come in Chocolate or Vanilla sponge butter cake with thick icing and the children actually eat the cake! Please place your order no later than the Tuesday before your party to ensure your cake will be ready. Your entertainers will bring your cake with them to the party complete with candles and a Happy Birthday message on the cake.  Like all the team at Polka Dot Entertainment our cake Dotti maker is extremely talented and can create any cake by request. Please ask us if you have a special themed cake your son or daughter has in mind and we will see what we can create for you.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions

* A $150 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment. Creditcard payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. On the day cancellations will need to be dicussed with Catherine as entertainers still need to be paid therefore a cost to cover their wages is asked for.                                                                                                                                                                *As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
