Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions

* A $150 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment. Creditcard payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. On the day cancellations will need to be dicussed with Catherine as entertainers still need to be paid therefore a cost to cover their wages is asked for.                                                                                                                                                  *As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
