Party Prices & Times
The “Polka Dot Entertainment Party Venues” in Ashwood, McKinnon & Altona Meadows are open for themed children parties 7 days a week. Party times are below. Only one birthday party is held at any time and we allow a 30 minute break in between each party to allow you to meet and greet your guests and farewell everyone at the end without being rushed. Party family needs to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party starts to allow us to ensure the party venue is ready for you. Joint parties are welcome.

The party packages above are outlined for the three of Polka Dot Entertainment birthday party venues. Altona Meadows party venue is a touch cheaper than Ashwood and McKinnon due to the lower over heads which the parties are run from. Altona Meadows party venue is the newest party venue and has a fabulous layout and design for the parties. Weekend party bookings are mainly given to groups of 20 and 30 guests. Please call the office to check availability if you have a small group of 13 and wish to party on the weekend, we will see what we can do for you.
Polkadot Entertainment allows for half a dozen parents to attend each party at our venues. A drop off and pick off party generally works well for children who are over the age of 6 years old. If you intend to invite parents to stay and celebrate the party, you need to include them in the number of guests attending. The price will change as the party becomes a small function package. 20 kids and 20 parents $680 or 30 kids and 30 parents $780(Altona Meadows venue only). We do not charge per head, the party packages are priced per group. This takes a lot of worry out of getting your final numbers to you and us before the party as you will always have those few who don't RSVP. This way you know we will cater for your package without the hassle of calling up everyone before the party. It also works out more cost effective the more guests you have. You can have two guests over your package for $25 per head.
Each Party Includes
- 2 hours of fabulous party entertainment or 1.5 hours for the under 5 year old Rock n' Tots Discos.
- Very talented & experienced Polka Dot Entertainers is full costume to suit the party theme.
- Make-overs, face paint, tattoos for every guest
- Groovy, funky, high energy dancing to “The” latest music which will get everyone grooving and moving on the dance floor
- Polka Dotti dress up skirts, costumes and accessories to complete our party outfits
- Dance concert performance or catwalk fashion parade at the end of the party
- Fun, creative and different Polka Dotti party games with prizes tailored for each age group

- Party table set up, plates, cups, napkins and serving platters are all themed…polka dots of course.
- Party food for all of the guests: water and cordial, chips, lollies, fairy bread, party pies and sausage rolls.
- Vegetarian pizza option is an extra $55.00 for 20 kids and $75.00 for 30 kids and we will arrange for 5 or 8 vegetarian pizzas to be delivered.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A $150 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment. Creditcard payments will incur a 3% surcharge.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. On the day cancellations will need to be discussed with Catherine as entertainers still need to be paid therefore a cost to cover their wages is asked for. *As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
