School Holiday Program at
Polkadot Venue Ashwood

December 08 and January 09 School Holidays
Polka Dot Entertainment school holiday programs will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays for 2 weeks in December and an entire week in January before school goes back. Programs are only held at our Ashwood party venue for now as we are in the process on extending the McKinnon party venues hours.
The day is 10am-3.30pm
Each day is very dance based which has proven to be the most popular program with a dance class in the morning, a choreographed dance routine is then taught and performed at 3.20pm. Throughout the day we do art & craft activities, games,face painting & nail polishing, karaoke and a movie. The sessions have become popular so please book in early so you dont miss out.

BYO lunch. NO NUTS please. A few lollies will be served throughout the movie-not many dont panic just a couple each. Max of 25 girls at each session with 2 entertainers. We group the girls together in age groups making it suitable for 6-12 years old & few under 6’s are allowed, book early.The below tables show which movie is on each day. The art & craft table will consist of a variety of activities for the girls to pick from so we havent got a set craft activity for each day like previously.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
* As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
