JULY 2011 will be the next holiday program

Week One Begins Monday  4th July "Under The Sea" Theme

Week Two Begins Monday 11th July "Welcome to the Jungle" Theme

Polka Dot Entertainment popular school holiday programs are set to run again for the July School Holiday period. New themes have been created for each week. Week one is an "Under the Sea" theme and week two is "Welcome to the Jungle" theme. The kids can expect art and craft, movie time, face painting, games and cooking activities to relate to the weekly theme.

There will be a massive wall art decoration activity where everyone can decorate and theme the dining rooms walls with their creations to create the "Under the Sea" Aquarium and the "Welcome to the Jungle" jungle wall art.

The holiday programs are not just for girls. The kids do need to be turning 6 this year to come along or a 5 year old with an older sibling is okay.

Each venue is slightly different lay out therefore the activities at each venue are a bit different. Check out the information below for details on the nearest Polka Dot Entertainment party venue to you. All venues are air conditioned.

Week One:

"Under the Sea Theme"

Expect lots of mermaids, star fish, sharks, treasure, pirates, fish and loads of glittery sea creatures in the craft room. Play games and get your face painted as your favourite sea creature whilst watching a movie in the beanbag cinema.

Craft Activities:

Monday: Make an Aquarium to take home with sea creatures.

Tuesday: Felt mermaids and shark door hangers.

Wednesday: Create a treasure box with real treasures.

Thursday: Googly eye crab masks or mermaid masks.

Friday: Water Bottle Fish Craft

In the kitchen

Create Jelly fish jelly cups with real sea creatures inside!!!!

Week Two:

"Welcome to the Jungle"

Expect to be wowed with some very fun jungle craft activities. Lots of monkeys, elephants, hippos, insects, slippery snakes, park rangers and Tarzan!!! Create crazy masks, get your face painted like a real jungle animal and play heaps of games.

Craft Activities

Monday: Create crazy jungle animal masks

Tuesday: Make slippery snakes on a plate.

Wednesday: Frog piggy banks.

Thursday: Become a real park ranger with badges, I.D cards & hats.

Friday: Jungle animal book marks & fridge magnets.

In the kitchen

Create chocolate balls animal droppings yuck!

Create frog jelly cups.

$50.00 per day Ashwood & McKinnon Monday to Friday

$40.00 per day Altona Meadows Monday, Wednesday & Friday

$200.00 for the week ($40/day)

We accept cash, mastercard or visa.

BYO lunch. NO NUTS please. A few lollies will be served throughout the movie-not many don't panic just a couple each. Max of 20 children at each session. Suitable for ages turning 6 this year to 12 year old girls & boys. A 5 year old is okay as long as they are with an older sibling.

Polka dot Entertainment is licensed with the Phonographic Performance License 2010. All staff at Polka Dot Entertainment have working with children and police checks. We ensure we have one entertainer for 10 children attending the holiday sessions. All venues are extremely secure and no one is allowed to enter holiday session room unless they are a parent of one of the children attending the day. If you do arrive and the venue door is locked please call the office and we will open the door for you.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
* As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
