Polka Dot Entertainment September school holidays are almost here and the team at Polka Dot have created another fun filled activity program to keep the kids entertained. Each day consists of an art and craft activity, face painting, dancing, games, a movie and a mini performance at the end of each day. There is even a little singing class on some days.

The program for the week is outlined below.

Each days is run from 9.30am-3.30pm. With Wednesdays being a half day program running from 9.30am-1.30pm, as we conduct our holiday birthday parties in the afternoon. The kids can come or 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days.

$50 for one day

$95.00 for two days

$135.00 for three days ($45/day)

$170.00 for four days ($42.50/day)

$200.00 for the week ($40/day)

$35.00 for half days Wednesdays 9.30am-1.30pm no movie shown

We accept cash, mastercard or visa.

BYO lunch. NO NUTS please. A few lollies will be served throughout the movie-not many don't panic just a couple each. Max of 20 children at each session. Suitable for age 6 years old to 12 year old girls & boys. No under 6 year old I am sorry. It is not fair for the older kids to have really little ones on the day. The weekly program of activities is outlined below and the same program is run for both weeks.

Daily Time Table:

9.30am-10am   Warm up dancing

10am-12noon   Art and Craft Activity/ Face Painting/ Morning Tea

12noon lunch   BYO lunch no nuts please.

12.30pm-1.45pm   Movie Session

1.45pm-3.30pm    Dancing / Drama Games / Finish Craft and Performance

Polka dot Entertainment is licensed with the Phonographic Performance License 2010.

Polka Dot Entertainment Terms & Conditions
* A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, cheque or money order made payable to: Polka Dot Entertainment.
* Your party guest numbers will need to be confirmed on the Monday before your party for catering.
* The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card before the party or cash on the day to your Miss Dotti entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later to avoid charging a cancellation fee.
* If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
* As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for the convenience of your entertainer.
