Princess Party Celebration
Summer’s 5th Disney Princess Party
The birthday girl was so excited with her party she could hardly contain herself, this was definitely a birthday to cherish and remember.
All the guests entered on a purple carpet entrance that took you into the backyard. The backyard was transformed and set up for a Royal party celebration with a marquee set up. There was a Royal Princess themed sweets table with a castle backdrop behind it, a pale pink tulle table tutu with a gold sequined table runner, and bright coloured balloons of pink, blue, yellow, purple and green on each end of the table as well as decorated on the party table and around the marquee. The party table was gorgeously set up for all the princesses to sit at with pink sequined table clothes adorning the tables and kids sized Tiffany chairs with pink satin sashes on every 2nd chair. The table setting had gold doilies under each clear plastic plate to give a royal effect to the table, there was also a glitter gold headband for each guest to wear on each place setting and a personalized royal water bottles. The centre of the table had a 3 tier stand with heart shaped fairy bread and fruit on it, there were also bunches of artificial flowers on each end of the table and also gold picture frames with princess quotes on it. Hanging from the marquee a “Summer” bunting was made up from the birthday girl’s nana and we made some fans that hung down, in the centre of the fans were personalized royal celebration printables to add the finishing touch to the party. There was 6 princesses in total dressed up for the occasion to entertain and make all the little princesses dreams come true……..

There were 6 Disney princesses, 4 of them provided by Polkadot Entertainment, the other 2 were family friends with the costumes provided by us as well. The princess entertainers made a grand entrance with the song, “I can’t stop the feeling”, they lined up onto the balcony that was higher up and waved to all the excited little guests and made their way down the stairs. The princess entertainers went and held hands with all the little guests and had a dance with them. Our princess Rapunzel and Elsa did a mini intro to the birthday girl and a group photo with everyone. We organized activity stations for the kids, and they split up into groups so everyone had something to do to keep them busy as this works really well for this age. The activity stations were:
Face painting station: Our princesses Rapunzel and Elsa face painted the kiddies
Nail polish and Lippy station: Our princesses Belle and Cinderella painted nails and put lip gloss on all the little princesses as every princess needs a little lippy and pretty nails.
Bead It Bar station: Family friend’s princess Jasmine and Ariel helped the kids make beautiful keepsake necklaces. This was a mini version of our huge Bead it Bar we have in store.
Happy Birthday was sang to the birthday girl with all of our princesses after the stations were finished. The guests all came together for limbo, pin the tail on the frog, pass the parcel and lots of dancing to princess songs. The huge trampoline was also a hit with our royal guests.
The day was finished off, with cake served at the end of the day.
Polkadot Entertainment: provided all the styling, party props, chairs, tables, activity stations, party favors, set up of sweets table and entertainment for the day.
Naughty Nush Smash Cakes: provided the princess castle cake.
Krown Kreations: designed and provided printables and Polkadot printed and assembled the “Happy Birthday” bunting, food labels, framed princess quotes and pictures and personalized water bottles and chocolate bars.
